Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential-holders are extensively trained and highly experienced coaches who have demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in the application of ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Earners of the PCC credential have demonstrated, through rigorous assessment, professional competence in their work with clients.

The Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™) model is designed to strengthen relationship in groups of every size and to unleash the collaborative potential of teams.

The model also tackles problems such as: toxic communications, low team morale, burnout, conflict avoidance, and lack of creativity. ORSC™ is designed for coaching teams toward resilience and engagement even in the face of politically-charged situations and events such as corporate reorganizations.
