My name is Alvin Chan. I'm a mental skills coach and thinking partner for executives who are serious about performing at their best, whatever the circumstances.

As the world grows more complex, great leadership demands more of us. I don’t just coach - I help leaders develop what I call human intelligence: strengthening core abilities such as judgement, executive presence, self-mastery, and influence.
