To build an organizational culture of engaged high performance, we need more than just intellectual knowledge. We need to also grow our human-centred skills. I believe that cultivating our human intelligence is like building a powerful engine. An engine that drives sustainable results at work and in life. I teach and support leaders to consistently show up at their very best. To get out of their own way and step into action… especially when it’s uncomfortable. I also share advanced methods of interpersonal effectiveness that can be applied in even the most challenging circumstances.

The practical concepts and techniques that I offer have been curated through decades of diverse education, specialized training, and in-field experience. These methods also benefit from direct feedback from my clients, who are actively applying them in real-world situations.
