Wisdom Journal
1 + 1 = 3
The idea of compound interest is often only used in reference to financial growth. But the principle also applies to knowledge. The power of building knowledge in an intelligent and consistent way compounds over time.
There are many benefits of having a handwritten journal. For me, it’s about growing and reinforcing collected wisdom. I find that the more I learn, the easier it becomes to learn. As I read more, connections between seemingly unrelated ideas become increasingly visible.
Regularly revisiting curated ideas deepens knowledge, sparks personal insight, and is emotionally calming. I highly recommend it.
