Wisdom Journal

1 + 1 = 3

The idea of compound interest is often only used in reference to financial growth. But the principle also applies to knowledge. The power of building knowledge in an intelligent and consistent way compounds over time. This can lead to exponential positive effects.

There are many benefits of having a handwritten journal. For me, it’s about leveraging the compounding effects of constantly growing and reinforcing collected wisdom. I enjoy reading across a multitude of topics and synthesizing practical concepts into real world applications. I find that the more I learn, the easier it becomes to learn. As I read more, connections between seemingly unrelated ideas become increasingly apparent.

Regularly revisiting curated ideas deepens knowledge, sparks personal insight, and even has an emotionally calming effect. I highly recommend it.
