Leadership Agility is a certificate program designed to address the leadership demands of the volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) world in which we live and work. It was created by George W. Casey, Jr., a retired four-star General of the US Army and Distinguished Senior Lecturer of Leadership at Cornell University. 

The U.S. Military first developed programs to prepare their leaders to understand and counteract VUCA-world impacts, but the ideas have subsequently taken root in strategic leadership that apply to a wide range of organizations.
